The Award gives is an estimation and appreciation for a man who works and creates today. V. "Man of XXI Century"- young businessman

VI. Development of Bulgarian Culture

3. Pechenii Vladimir Petrovich- mayor of Magadan,- Russian
4. Shreider Victor Philipovich- Russian statesman and political figure, member of the State Duma of the VI convocation of the "United Russia", a member of the State Duma committee on federal form and Local Government. The former mayor of the city of Omsk.

5.Philip Kirkorov is a Russian singer and producer of Russian, Bulgarian and Armenian descent.
